Refund policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, if it is a stock item, you may return within 14 days of delivery (policy may be different for special promotions). The item must be shipped back in its original packaging, in pristine condition and prepaid via insured mail.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping charges. We cannot accept a return of any item that has been altered from the condition in which it was mailed out.
Please allow a short processing period to fill your refund.

*All sale items and special orders are non-returnable. Any item that requires custom sizing or deviates from stock pieces in any way is considered a special order. Please contact us should you need to specialize size in a particular piece. Please note that all orders are charged at the time the order is made. If an item is out-of-stock and not marked as such, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours. Most special orders and out-of-stock items take ~4-8 weeks in production.
We will repair any item purchased through the online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. We do not support products that have been purchased from a non-authorized Meredith Marks retailer.
We offer repairs due to user wear, production fault and lost earring mates. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to normal wear and tear for six months from the date of purchase on our online store. After six months, repairs will incur a charge. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening or errors by the customer typically involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge. Lost single earring will be replaced to the best of our ability. Please note that lost earrings require matching stones which may or may not be possible to find. If we are able to remake a single earring please note that there will be an additional charge of 20% of half of the current earring price to make a match plus shipping both ways.
