Juggling Mom, Entrepreneur, and Real Housewife

People love to say, “You can have it all.” But the truth is, having it all comes with a lot of responsibility. And responsibility is exhausting.

There’s this misconception that doing so many things at once, running a business, being a mom, being on television, somehow means you’re not fully involved in any one of them. For me, it’s actually the opposite. I’m very hands-on in everything I do. Whether it’s designing a new jewelry piece, planning an event, or showing up for my family, I’m deeply involved in every part of it. That’s the only way it works.

How My Family Keeps Me Grounded

My family is my anchor — and they definitely keep me in line.

Brooks is incredibly specific. He’s well-mannered, detail-oriented, intelligent, and never lets me leave the house looking bad. He watches what I wear and makes sure everything is just right. I may not always ask for his approval, but I usually get it anyway.

Chloe keeps me in check on the business side. She’s smart, direct, and helps me stay current — especially in how things have changed in the past few years. She gives me perspective that I wouldn’t have otherwise, and I really value that.

Reid is involved in many of our family’s strategic business decisions. He’s incredibly smart and keeps me grounded in that world — practical, strategic, and focused. He’s not on TV, which helps balance things out and keeps our family from getting too caught up in the entertainment side of life.

And Seth — he’s my day-to-day rock. He listens to me vent, helps me stay calm and reasonable, and reminds me to take the high road when things get messy. Especially in the Real Housewives world, that’s important. Everyone needs someone who helps them keep perspective, and Seth does that for me.

Finding Balance

The truth is, balance is never perfect. Some days I’m on top of everything; other days I’m behind on texts, emails, and sleep. You have to prioritize what matters most in the moment. Family first, then business, then everything else.

I’ve given up a lot to do what I do. I love being social, I love going out, but there are only so many hours in a day. Sometimes that means unanswered messages and missed dinners, but my work fuels me. I love what I do, and that energy keeps me going even when I’m tired.

Having it all isn’t easy. It takes sacrifice, discipline, and a lot of late nights. But for me, it’s worth it, because everything I’m building reflects who I am, both as a mother and as a woman.
